سلام،
من طریقه ی استفاده از smartyرو از سایت آقای کرامتی مطالعه کردم ، لینکهای زیر:

و بهمین طریق انجام دادم مراحلو و از Smarty-3.0.66 استفاده کردم ولی موقع اجرا این خطا رو میده
