گرفتن لیست تمام کاربران اکتیو دایرکتوری

سلام دوستان
از کد زیر استفاده میکنم؛ خطا نمیده ولی نتیجه صفر کاربر هست
کاربری که برای احراز هویت استفاده شده ادمینه
نتیجه:

مشکل از کجاست؟؟
