سلام
ایا در ++c می شود یک فایل عکس باز کرد ؟
من می خواهم یک عکس را ورودی بگیرم و کد های rgb پیکسل های عکس را خروجی بدهم .

خوب معلوم که میشود یک درصد فکر کن نشه!!!
منتهی با چه کامپایلری و تو کدوم IDE تو چه سیستم عاملی منظورتون هست؟
برای مثال این برنامه یکسری افکت بر روی یک bitmap اجرا میکنه...
