ساعت سیستم

من تو نوشتن ساعت یه مشکل دارم :
چطوری میشه ساعت سیستم رو خوند و ازش استفاده کرد ؟ ? ?
یعنی میخوام ساعت رو از سیستم بخونم و از دقیقه و ثانیه و زمان به طور جدا استفاده کنم .
