خطا در اتصال به پایگاه داده تحت وب

وقتی میخوام با Management Studio Express به پایگاه داده ای که بر روی وب هست کانکت بشم این پیغام خطا رو میده


A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: Named Pipes Provider, error: 40 - Could not open a connection to SQL Server) (.Net SqlClient Data Provider)

چه طوری باید اینو برطرف کرد؟

احتمالا توي connection string يا تعريف connection مشكلي وجود داره.
connection string رو اينجا بزار تا ببينيمش.

اينا رو هم خواستي ببين:

connection string sql server 2005 (http://www.connectionstrings.com/sql-server-2005)
connection string sql server 2008 (http://www.connectionstrings.com/sql-server-2008)
