دریافت اطلاعات GPS

سلام
من یک دستگاه GPS Tracker دارم که اطلاعات را از طریق GPRS ارسال می کنه.
حالا برای دریافت اطلاعات از طریق سایت در راهنمای اون گفته که نیاز به IP و Port داره
می خواستم بدونم من IP و Port را چی باید بدم

GPRS Settings
Tracking via GPRS, the user should set IP, Port and APN for GT04.
Ensure that your SIM card in GT04 supports GPRS connection prior to setting.
7.1 Set ID for Device by SMS
Command: W<password>,010,Tracker ID
Note: Tracker ID must be less than 14 digits.
Example: W000000,010,13616165678
GT04 will then reply an SMS to confirm this setting.
7.2 Set APN by SMS
Command: W<password>,011, APN Name, APN Password
Note: If no password required, input APN Name only.
Example: W000000,011,CMNET
7.3 Set IP Address and Port by SMS
Command: W<password>,012,IP,PORT
Example: W000000,012,202.116.11.12,8000
GT04 will then reply an SMS to confirm this setting.
