مشکل در entity framework codefirst

سلام
من میخوام با code first یه جدول بسازم که کلید اصلیش کلیدهای خارجی سه تا جدول دیگس. موقع ساختن این خطا رو بهم میده.
اسم جدول هام : PatientوPatientsIllnesssخطا:
Patient_PatientsIllnesss_Target: : Multiplicity is not valid in Role 'Patient_PatientsIllnesss_Target' in relationship 'Patient_PatientsIllnesss'. Because the Dependent Role refers to the key properties, the upper bound of the multiplicity of the Dependent Role must be '1'.

مثل ینکه طراحی دیتابیستون مشکل داره
من خودم این ارور را تابه حال نداشتم اما سرچ کردم اینجوری متوجه شدم
